Meet the Team
A Maven is an expert. With deep roots in the Pacific Northwest and over 65 years in combined real estate experience, Maven Group lends their expertise to buyers and sellers all over the greater Seattle area.
Jason Gibbons
Founder / Team Lead
Jason is a fourth-generation real estate professional and has been a licensed residential broker in the Greater Seattle area since 2004. He earned his real estate license as his senior project in high school and soon after helped his father launch a brokerage of their own. In those early years, Jason hit the ground running - assisting his parents as they guided clients through more than 200 home sales in just a few short years. From running errands and hosting open houses to navigating complex negotiations before he was even 20, that fast-paced start became the foundation of his career.
Real estate runs deep in Jason’s family, but what truly drew him in was witnessing the impact his parents and grandparents had on their clients’ lives. Buying or selling a home is a major transition, and seeing his family serve as trusted guides through those journeys shaped his own approach to the business. Now, with over two decades of experience and more than 500 transactions under his belt, Jason carries that same sense of responsibility and purpose into every client relationship.
In 2018, Jason founded his own team, originally known as J&B Partners, before rebranding to Maven Group under Compass. Today, his growing team of four works collaboratively, each specializing in different areas of real estate to provide exceptional service.
A Northwest native through and through, Jason has lived and worked all over the Greater Seattle area, from Everett to Tacoma and east to Snoqualmie Pass. He prides himself on providing the highest level of service, even if that means connecting clients with a trusted colleague when their needs extend beyond his local expertise. Regardless of where the search leads, he embraces every inquiry as a personal calling.
Jason and his wife, Erica, live along the Raging River in Preston, a quiet, forested community just outside of Issaquah. Their household includes their young daugther, Juniper, a pit bull, a Bengal cat, multiple chickens, and an ever-growing collection of adventure gear. They also own and operate a multiple Airbnbs including a riverfront home in Fall City - a cozy retreat that has even served as a temporary home for some of Jason’s clients. Check it out here.
When he’s not helping clients or wrangling his pets, Jason is usually scouting his next investment property or exploring the mountains - hiking, snowboarding, or mountain biking, depending on the season. Born and raised in the PNW, he’s always happy to share local insights, whether it’s about real estate, neighborhoods, or the best hiking trails.
He’d love to connect with you soon!

Scott Gibbons
Real Estate Broker
Hi, I’m Scott Gibbons, Managing Broker with COMPASS, and I’m proud to be a 3rd-generation realtor with over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry. I had the privilege of owning my own real estate office for 20 years, and throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of helping countless clients successfully buy, sell, and invest in real estate. My family’s legacy in real estate has provided me with a deep understanding of the market, and I’m dedicated to offering expert guidance every step of the way.
Family is everything to me. I’ve been happily married to my wife Jody for 40 years, and we have two amazing children, Jason (38) and Carly (37). This past November, we celebrated the birth of our first granddaughter, Juniper Sol, who has already brought so much joy into our lives!
I was also featured on HGTV’s House Hunters and have been a trusted and familiar face in the community for over 35 years. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, I’m here to provide honest, expert advice and to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me practicing yoga or out on daily walks with our Dachshund, Oly. Balance and connection are key to me, and I bring that mindset to every part of my life—both personally and professionally.
Let’s work together to make your real estate dreams a reality!
Pindie Deol
Real Estate Broker
Hi, my name is Pindie Deol. I was born and raised in India and my family moved to the US when I was a teenager. I'm proud to call Eastside Seattle home for over 30 years. After graduating from University of Washington and being a critical care nurse at Overlake Hospital for several years I sought a change in career to become a Realtor and Staging and Decorating Professional. I tapped into my longtime interest in homes and design to pursue real estate—a profession that also appeals to my well-honed talent for working with people. I bring to the job an attention to detail, a willingness to learn and collaborate without ego, and a caring personality, These values echo the Maven Group's approach to helping clients buy and sell homes, and the Compass mission as a whole.
I'm well versed in both eastern and western cultures and fluent in Punjabi and Hindi. I have become an expert in the local real estate market since I watched Seattle change and grow over a generation; I possesses a keen instinct as to which neighborhoods would best suit my buyers, whether they’re in the market for the first time, upgrading to a larger home in Seattle’s suburbs or downsizing to a city condo. That knowledge coupled with the tools and programs that Compass offers help me educate my clients about market trends and data so they can make the most informed decisions. I also take the time to listen to my clients and understand their unique needs and desires, so together they can formulate a plan for buying or selling their home. Above all, I believe, the process should be enjoyable, and lead them to a successful and happy outcome – that’s the type of engagement that drives me and the entire Maven Team.
During my spare time, I participate in local fundraising events to support several causes, and I serve on the board of the homeowner’s association in our community. My husband and I live on the Eastside and love to hike area trails, practice yoga, and meditation, and travel as often as we can.
