Jason Gibbons

Founder / Team Lead

Jason is a fourth-generation real estate professional and has been a licensed residential broker here in the Greater Seattle area since 2004. He actually earned his real estate license as his senior project in high school, and shortly thereafter helped his father launch his own real estate brokerage. As a late-teen whipper snapper real estate "professional" (air quotes intended), Jason fed from a firehose assisting his parents help their clients buy and sell over 200 homes in just a few short years. Running every errand under the sun, holding countless open houses, and being thrust into weighty client negotiations from a young age proved foundational in the upbringing of his budding career.

What drew Jason's interest to this line of work was his family's uncanny passion and dedication to simply helping people in different phases of life. Whether buying or selling, every client has a tremendous road ahead of them - and watching his family (3 generations worth) be that guiding force through someone else's journey, carved its importance into his very being. Now, with 19 years in the business, it is with this same responsibility and purpose today that Jason carries his passion for real estate. A sincere passion for helping people - wherever they are in life.

He has been very fortunate in his career to learn from some of the very best professionals - family and colleagues alike - and so it is with a great sense of pride that he has the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of his own in Maven Group, powered by Compass. Originally founded as J&B Partners in 2018, Jason rebranded to Maven Group and has grown to a team of five that all support each other in their own lanes of real estate representation.

Jason is a proud Northwest native who has lived and worked just about everywhere in the Greater Seattle area. To date, he has proudly represented over 500 transactions and fancies himself a neighborhood expert just about anywhere between Seattle, Everett, Tacoma, and east out to Snoqualmie Pass. He believes in providing the absolute best service possible for his clients and sometimes that means referring or partnering with a trusted colleague if the client's needs are outside of his scope of local expertise. Wherever he is needed though, he embraces every inquiry as a personal calling and never shies away from trying to help in any capacity possible.

Jason, his wife Erica, and their three fur babies (two pit bulls and a bengal cat), all reside in their riverfront home along the Raging River in Preston - a small forested suburb just outside of Issaquah, less than 20min to Bellevue, and just 30min to DT Seattle. They also own and operate a riverfront Airbnb just down the road in Fall City along the same river. This has proved helpful for Jason's clients to stay in-between houses too! When he's not working or wrangling his pets, you can find Jason either touring homes for fun or playing in the mountains hiking, snowboarding, or mountain biking depending on the season. Having been born, raised, and fully immersed into the magic of the PNW, Jason is always happy to play tour guide or sounding board for anyone's needs.

Kiley Granillo

Maven Group Operations Manager | Broker

Kiley found her passion in real estate after learning through other family members. She is a second-generation realtor. She is originally from Arizona, but has found her new home here in Washington with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs.

Kiley’s previous background is in the hospitality industry. She worked her way up in hotels and restaurants to be the general manager of a successful establishment. This has given her the capability to understand and deliver what people are looking for. She is able to connect with people and give them a sense of trust and care. Kiley is looking forward to helping those who are ready for the next chapter in their lives!

In her free time, Kiley is spending time with her family and two dogs. They love the outdoors and playing sports. They also love to try new recipes and learn new cooking techniques. When they’re able to travel, they make the most of every destination and live as the culture does.

Pindie Deol

Hi, my name is Pindie Deol. I was born and raised in India and my family moved to the US when I was a teenager. I'm proud to call Eastside Seattle home for over 30 years. After graduating from University of Washington and being a critical care nurse at Overlake Hospital for several years I sought a change in career to become a Realtor and Staging and Decorating Professional. I tapped into my longtime interest in homes and design to pursue real estate—a profession that also appeals to my well-honed talent for working with people. I bring to the job an attention to detail, a willingness to learn and collaborate without ego, and a caring personality, These values echo the Maven Group's approach to helping clients buy and sell homes, and the Compass mission as a whole.

I'm well versed in both eastern and western cultures and fluent in Punjabi and Hindi. I have become an expert in the local real estate market since I watched Seattle change and grow over a generation; I possesses a keen instinct as to which neighborhoods would best suit my buyers, whether they’re in the market for the first time, upgrading to a larger home in Seattle’s suburbs or downsizing to a city condo. That knowledge coupled with the tools and programs that Compass offers help me educate my clients about market trends and data so they can make the most informed decisions. I also take the time to listen to my clients and understand their unique needs and desires, so together they can formulate a plan for buying or selling their home. Above all, I believe, the process should be enjoyable, and lead them to a successful and happy outcome – that’s the type of engagement that drives me and the entire Maven Team.

During my spare time, I participate in local fundraising events to support several causes, and I serve on the board of the homeowner’s association in our community. My husband and I live on the Eastside and love to hike area trails, practice yoga, and meditation, and travel as often as we can.
